Returns & Refund Policy

Custom orders – All custom orders sales are final. We offer no returns or refunds on any on custom orders. Because custom orders are created as they come in once the deposit has been placed it is non refundable.

All Other Orders – For all other orders, players have up to 14 days to claim a full refund for all items sold! We will do our best to keep you happy so please contact us and let us know what we can do to help.
