How to Unlock My Account

Is your account locked? Follow these steps to get back into your account:

• 1. Join the Discord server.
• 2. Create a #support ticket.
• 3. Explain to the team that you need your account unlocked, and include your in-game name.
• 4. Wait for the team to process your request. If your request is during a holiday, expect delays.
• NOTE: Your account must be online for us to unjail it, so coordinating a time between both parties is a must.
