Our Purchase Agreement

  1. Upon purchase all items will be delivered instantly electronically to the in-game account specified during checkout. To receive these items imply log into the game and you will be given all your items. If you need help with this please contact support on Discord.

Our Return/Refund Policy

  1. Custom orders – All custom orders sales are final. We offer no returns or refunds on any on custom orders. Because custom orders are created as they come in once the deposit has been placed it is non refundable. HOWEVER, we DO offer exchanges completely free of charge for anyone unhappy with a custom order.

  2. All Other Orders – For all other orders, players have up to 14 days to claim a full refund for all items sold! We will do our best to keep you happy so please contact us and let us know what we can do to help.
